Job Description

Will be aligned with the operations team and Smart data team for the SmartBus Vertical.
Will be responsible for end to end data entry in the system and operations related activities.
Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
Flexible to work on ad hoc requests.
Monitoring different dashboards and preparing reports
Communicating with customers for the booking related updates/changes
Coordinating with different teams to get the issues resolved.
Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
