Job Description

Position: Skip Tracer

Key Responsibilities

Conduct systematic tracing activities to locate customers and defaulters.
Collect and verify accurate residential, business, and contact details through field visits and verification processes.
Coordinate closely with the collections team to support effective recovery efforts.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with detailed tracing reports.
Ensure professional conduct and strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards while interacting with customers.
Demonstrate sound understanding of applicable legal and compliance guidelines in collections.
Work efficiently under pressure to meet daily and weekly tracing targets.

Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience
in tracing or collections.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
