Job Summary:

Datta Finance and Trading Pvt Ltd (Advance Salary), an NBFC company, is seeking a skilled and resourceful Skip Tracer to join our Collection and Recovery Department. This role involves locating individuals or businesses that have outstanding debts and are difficult to trace. The ideal candidate will have excellent investigative skills and be proficient in using various research tools to track down missing debtors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize databases, public records, and research tools to locate individuals or businesses with outstanding debts.
• Investigate and track missing debtors and their assets.
• Work closely with the collections team to provide updated debtor information for successful recovery.
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to debt collection and privacy laws.
• Accurately document and report findings in the system.
• Maintain updated records and provide regular updates to the team on progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in skip tracing, debt recovery, or related fields.
• Strong research and investigative skills.
• Familiarity with skip tracing tools and resources (credit reports, public records, social media).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and privacy regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in skip tracing, collections, or investigative work is an advantage.
