Locate customers who are delinquent, absconding, or uncontactable using skip tracing tools, databases, and investigative methods.
Research and verify updated contact information including phone numbers, addresses, employment, and references.
Collaborate with collection executives to provide accurate and actionable leads.
Maintain detailed records of tracing efforts and update customer databases regularly.
Use social media, public records, credit bureau data, and other digital resources for information gathering.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines while tracing customers.
Provide timely reports to the collection manager on successful traces and pending cases.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive customer data.
Proven experience in skip tracing, collections, or investigative roles preferred.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using online databases, social media, and skip tracing tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
Basic knowledge of legal guidelines related to debt collection and customer privacy.
Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience.
