Lead initiatives to explore new design methodologies and tools. Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented as intended, and collaborate on design-related technical challenges. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and evangelize the importance of user-centered design throughout the organization To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in product design, graphic design, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX/product design, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful products. Strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, process, and impact. Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. Experience with design systems, component libraries, and design standards. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and human-computer interaction. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
