UI/User Experience Designer

Location: Noida sec 63, 5 days working, Work from Office

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, as well as a strong understanding of user experience principles.

Responsibilities:

UI Design:

?Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

?Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts.

?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegant and intuitive user interfaces.

?Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.

UX Design:

?Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.

?Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

?Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform the design process.

?Work closely with product managers and developers to iterate on designs and implement user-centric solutions.

Visual Design:

?Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the user experience.

?Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all digital assets.

?Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Prototyping & Testing:

?Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts.

?Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to validate design decisions.

?Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

Documentation:

?Document design decisions, rationale, and specifications for development teams.

?Create design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.

Qualifications:

?Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

?2 years+ of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

?Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

?Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.

?Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, colour, and layout.

?Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.

?Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
