UI/User Experience Designer

Location: Noida sec 63, 5 days working, Work from Office

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, as well as a strong understanding of user experience principles.

Responsibilities:

UI Design:

●     Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

●     Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts.

●     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegant and intuitive user interfaces.

●     Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.

UX Design:

●     Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.

●     Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

●     Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform the design process.

●     Work closely with product managers and developers to iterate on designs and implement user-centric solutions.

Visual Design:

●     Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the user experience.

●     Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all digital assets.

●     Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Prototyping & Testing:

●     Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts.

●     Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to validate design decisions.

●     Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

Documentation:

●     Document design decisions, rationale, and specifications for development teams.

●     Create design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.

Qualifications:

●     Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

●     2 years+ of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

●     Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

●     Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.

●     Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, colour, and layout.

●     Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.

●     Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
