Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Site Surveyor to join our rooftop projects team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed site assessments, collecting accurate measurements, and evaluating structural and environmental conditions to support rooftop installations—primarily solar PV systems, HVAC units, or other rooftop infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys for rooftop projects, ensuring accurate data collection and documentation
• Assess structural integrity, roof accessibility, shading analysis, and potential obstructions
• Use surveying tools (e.g., laser distance meters, drones, GPS devices) to capture measurements and site conditions
• Prepare detailed site survey reports including photographs, sketches, and layout plans
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with project requirements
• Liaise with clients, building managers, and contractors to schedule and execute surveys
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes during site visits
• Maintain organized records of all surveys and update project tracking systems

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in site surveying, preferably in rooftop or solar projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and surveying equipment
• Strong understanding of structural and electrical layouts for rooftop installations
• Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to multiple sites

Preferred Skills

• Experience with solar PV rooftop systems
• Familiarity with drone-based surveying and photogrammetry
• Knowledge of local building regulations and safety protocols

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
