Site Supervisor(Telecoms)

KEY AREAS OF FOCUS

OPERATIONAL

· Independently handle the site execution.

· Have complete understanding of the Project.

· Maintaining all data of sites i.e Measurements, Material recco at site, JMRs, etc.

· JMR and Billing of contractor.

· Ensure all safety measures/ compliance adhered while executing project/s.

· Close coordination with contractors for getting the work done in a timely manner with desired quality.

· Ensure optimal usage of material at sites.

· Upgrade knowledge of Civil Infra project on Execution, measurements, Vendor relation

· Handle ROW issues at site.

· Develop & maintain contacts with contractors and government authorities.

· Ready to be on call 24*7

· Participate in cross functional teams (as and when applicable)

· Adhere to company & departmental polices & procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance, procedures, etc

· Maintain all records as per ISO standards

· Adhere to all ISO policies & processes

· Reporting to manager by publishing daily / weekly / monthly MIS

· Ensure data confidentially, integrity & protection of company’s property

· Performs any other work assigned by the Management from time to time as per organizational priority

UNIQUE CIRCUMSTANCES

· Work in night shifts

· Travel (national) may be required

· Should be willing to take short / long term transfers across different geographies and/or roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,791.55 - ₹29,000.00 per month
