Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Pune. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, coordinate with team members and clients, and manage project timelines. Responsibilities include monitoring construction activities, maintaining project documentation, troubleshooting issues, and reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications

Experience in site supervision, construction management, and project coordination
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on site
Proficiency in project documentation and reporting
Experience in fenestration or related industry is a plus
