Role & Responsibilities

Site Supervisor

Supervising installation of
plumbing and fire-fighting works
as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinating with project engineers, contractors, and workers for smooth site operations.
Ensuring adherence to
safety, quality, and IS/NBC standards
.
Monitoring daily progress, preparing site reports, and sharing updates with the Project Manager.
Checking material requirements and coordinating with procurement/suppliers.
Managing workforce attendance, productivity, and discipline at site.
Supporting testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience
as a
Supervisor in Plumbing/Fire Fighting/Infrastructure projects
.
Knowledge of IS codes, NBC standards, and site safety protocols.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
