Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor will manage on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure that all work aligns with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, capable of handling both technical and people management responsibilities.

• Project sites in Delhi/NCR (with office base at Dwarka Sector 17, Delhi)

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor material delivery, usage, and stock to prevent delays or wastage.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Report site progress, challenges, and updates to Project Manager and Senior Architect.
• Manage workforce attendance, productivity, and discipline on site.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and escalating where necessary.

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in site supervision for architecture/interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage site workforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management or construction apps (PowerPlay, ACC, Buildertrend) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites as required.
