Job Summary

Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all on-site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Monitor and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain daily site reports, including labor strength, progress updates, and material usage.
Ensure safety protocols and compliance with statutory and company regulations on-site.
Oversee material delivery, storage, and usage to avoid wastage.
Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and management for site requirements and updates.
Resolve any on-site issues, delays, or conflicts efficiently.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project deadlines.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Site Supervisor in residential/commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic site reporting tools.
Flexibility to work extended hours and manage multiple tasks.
