Job summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction site activities, ensuring all operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The role demands a hands-on approach to site management, supervision of ground teams, and effective collaboration with other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Supervise day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures on construction sites to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all site operations are conducted in a safe manner, minimizing risks and preventing accidents.
• Resource Coordination: Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to optimize resource utilization and project success.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain detailed records of site progress and report regularly to senior management and stakeholders.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in site supervision within the real estate or residential construction sector.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree is required for this position.
• Experience in Real Estate/Residential is must.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential construction projects in an urban setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
