With over two decades of experience, we have successfully executed high-end residential, commercial, and township projects across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai — with a proven track record of quality, precision, and on-time delivery. Job Summary: We are looking to hire an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee aluminium window and glazing work across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate should be able to manage execution at site independently, ensure timely work progress, and coordinate with internal and client teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: Daily Site Execution & Coordination: Report on-site by 9:30 AM, ensure work permits are in place. Conduct daily Toolbox Talk (TBT) with the team to set tasks and safety reminders. Supervise installation of aluminium windows (frames, shutters, glass) as per site plan and BOQ. Site Meetings & Client Coordination: Attend regular site meetings with clients and project teams. Communicate daily progress, highlight issues, and maintain a solution-focused approach. Technical Execution & Joint Measurements: Take and verify joint measurements with site/client teams. Read and interpret floor plans and aluminium window fabrication drawings accurately. Monitor work quality, alignment, and finishing as per project standards. Material Management & Inspections: Conduct on-site material checks and coordinate with factory and logistics. Ensure smooth usage of material, escalate shortages or delays proactively. Daily Reporting & Documentation: Submit Daily Work Reports (DWR) including no. of frames, shutters, and glasses installed per typology. Maintain clear records of labour deployment, progress, pending issues, and photos (if needed). Liaison & General Supervision: Coordinate with factory, store, project manager, site engineers, and subcontractors. Manage all on-site communication and resolution of practical issues. Assist in site readiness, inspections, and handovers as per project stages. Workfront Flexibility: Be available to work on any assigned site at Thane, Mulund, Mira Road, or Dombivli, as per project requirement. Key Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience in aluminium window/glazing/façade industry. Strong understanding of aluminium systems, installation, and finishing. Proficiency in reading civil plans and fabrication/shop drawings. Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Familiarity with on-site protocols: safety, permit systems, quality checks. Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp/email for daily updates. Two-wheeler preferred for easy site travel.
