Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and laborers for smooth execution of work.
Monitor site progress and maintain daily work reports (DPRs).
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality control and compliance.
Manage manpower deployment, work allocation, and productivity.
Resolve any on-site technical issues in consultation with engineers.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Attend project meetings and provide updates on site conditions and progress.
Maintain records of materials used, labor attendance, and site measurements.
Assist in material procurement and inventory management at the site.
