Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site operations of interior design and construction projects, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and hands-on problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day on-site construction and installation activities.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, design specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor labor performance, work schedules, and material usage.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance are strictly followed on-site.
• Report progress, challenges, and project updates to the Project Manager or management team.
• Inspect completed work and address any defects or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate site records, including labor attendance, materials, and daily reports.
• Assist in coordinating deliveries, equipment, and resources to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision in interior design, construction, or fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
