Quality Surveyor cum Billing Executive

Job Description:

Interex Designs LLP is seeking a Quality Surveyor cum Billing Executive with 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage billing, quantity verification, and ensure quality standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates from drawings and site measurements.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor billing, ensuring accuracy in quantities and rates.
• Prepare client billing and project cost reports as per project progress.
• Conduct site inspections to verify completed works and maintain quality.
• Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams for accurate measurements.
• Maintain records of material usage, work done, and variations.
• Ensure budget compliance and cost efficiency.
• Assist in rate analysis, tendering, and vendor negotiations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures, project documentation, and measurement techniques.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (if applicable).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
