Job Description

1 Project Planning & Coordination Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand installation requirements. Prepare daily or weekly work schedules. Ensure proper allocation of manpower, tools, and materials. 2. Installation Supervision Supervise and monitor the installation of uPVC windows to ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings. Guide and support the installation team to maintain quality and efficiency. Resolve on-site technical issues as they arise. 3. Quality Control Inspect installed windows to ensure they meet company and industry standards. Identify and rectify defects or deviations from specifications. Ensure correct alignment, sealing, and finishing of windows. 4. Health & Safety Compliance Enforce safety protocols on-site according to local laws and company policies. Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for the crew. Report incidents and ensure appropriate safety gear is used. 5. Material Management Ensure timely delivery and correct storage of uPVC windows and related materials. Keep track of inventory and request materials as needed. Prevent material wastage and ensure proper handling. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily site reports, work logs, and inspection records. Report progress, delays, and issues to project managers or higher authorities. Assist in preparing handover documentation upon project completion. 7. Team Management Supervise and motivate the installation team. Conduct training or briefings for new workers. Evaluate team performance and report any HR-related issues.
