Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensure compliance with safety regulations, coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers, architects, and workers, and manage project timelines. Responsibilities also include supervising site work, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site management and project supervision
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in communication and coordination with stakeholders
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certification or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in construction software and tools is a plus
