Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Kozhikode. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing resources efficiently. The role also includes monitoring project progress, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining clear communication with the project management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and site supervision
• Knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations
• Ability to coordinate and manage subcontractors and resources
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address on-site issues
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
• Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
