Job Title:

Interior Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Location: Projects / Operations

Reporting To: Project Head

Job Summary:

The Interior Site Supervisor / Project Manager is responsible for overseeing on-site execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards and design specifications. The role involves coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

Study drawings, BOQs, and specifications before project commencement.

Plan daily site activities, manpower allocation, and material delivery schedules.

Supervise all on-site activities including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, civil, false ceiling, and finishing works.

Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and design intent.

2. Site Coordination

Coordinate with design, procurement, and factory teams for timely supply of materials and drawings.

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams efficiently.

Communicate regularly with clients or client representatives on site progress and issues.

3. Quality Control

Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

Conduct inspections and ensure rectification of any defects.

Maintain checklists and documentation for quality control.

4. Time & Cost Management

Track daily progress against timelines and report deviations.

Ensure optimum use of labor and materials to control costs.

Support project manager in preparing progress reports and billing documentation.

5. Safety & Compliance

Enforce safety norms and ensure site cleanliness and organization.

Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site reports, material consumption records, and attendance logs.

Prepare and submit Daily progress reports and photos.

Support final handover documentation and snag rectification.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma Interior Design, or related field.

5–10 years of experience in interior fit-out or turnkey interior projects.

Strong technical understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction details.

Proficient in reading AutoCAD drawings and site measurements.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.
