Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Qualification: Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech(Civil only)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and supervising construction activities on-site.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and report any issues or delays to senior supervisors or managers.
  • Maintain daily reports of site activities, labor, and material usage.
  • Ensure the site is organized, clean, and follows all relevant health and safety procedures.
  • Assist with site inspections and quality checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all site documentation. Like drawings, m-book, site photos, and labour attendance
  • Read the drawing, plans, and follow site work as per the instruction from management
  • Testing construction materials for quality and compliance with specifications
  • Prepare the project report every 15 days and must attend the project meeting and discuss with project manager and MD regarding the fulfilment of every phase of work related requirement
  • Ensuring the site is clean and neat throughout the process of construction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
