Job Overview:

Aaroha Developers is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations for our real estate development projects in Goa. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with vendors and labor teams, ensure work quality, and handle client or lead inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Liasoning work also needs to be taken care of
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure timely project progress.
Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Maintain daily work reports and update the management team on progress.
Handle incoming clients and lead calls professionally.
Ensure smooth communication between the office, the site, and the clients.
Manage material procurement and site inventory as required.
Resolve site-related issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum
2–5 years
of experience in site supervision or real estate project management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp updates, and project reporting.
Must be based in Goa.
