Job Description

The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and as per quality standards. The role involves managing manpower, coordinating with contractors/vendors, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily site activities, including workforce, materials, and equipment.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications.
Maintain quality control and safety standards on-site.
Monitor progress and provide daily/weekly site reports to management.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Check and maintain inventory of materials, tools, and machinery.
Address and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise on site.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
Verify work measurements for billing and documentation purposes.
Train and guide site staff and labor to improve efficiency and productivity
