Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction sites. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating effectively with teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure timely execution of work.

Monitor daily progress and prepare reports for project managers.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.

Inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.

Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts between workers or subcontractors.

Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

Maintain site documentation, including daily logs, attendance, material receipts, etc.

Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections.

Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
