Site Selection Specialist

As a Site Selection Specialist, your role involves traveling to various cities in India to scout potential showroom locations and impactful billboard spaces for launch campaigns. Your key responsibilities include: - Traveling to identified cities to scout potential showroom locations near auto clusters. - Assessing locations based on visibility, footfall, accessibility, competition, and proximity to auto clusters. - Liaising with local property agents, mall management, and landlords for site visits and negotiations. - Identifying high-visibility outdoor advertising spaces for launch announcements. - Preparing detailed reports with photos, metrics, and recommendations for each location. - Coordinating with marketing and expansion teams to align scouting activities with business goals. - Tracking local retail trends and competitor activity in the EV and automotive sectors. - Maintaining a database of viable commercial properties and advertising spots. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Project level experience in location scouting and marketing fieldwork. - Basic understanding of commercial leasing and retail expansion strategy. - Willingness to travel extensively across cities in India. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite. - Background in real estate, retail operations, automotive, or EV industry is a plus.
