Site Safety Officer

About the Role:
We are looking for a Site Safety Officer to join our team and ensure that health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across our project sites. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of preparing safety documentation and compliance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement site safety practices in line with statutory and company requirements.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation including:
• Lifting Plans for Equipment
• Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Method Statements
• Risk Assessments and HSE reports
• Conduct regular site safety audits, inspections, and toolbox talks.
• Monitor adherence to permit-to-work systems and statutory compliances.
• Train, guide, and support site teams to maintain a strong safety culture.
• Liaise with contractors, project managers, and client representatives on safety matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering or Safety Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Safety Officer, preferably in EPC, construction, or heavy engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of relevant safety standards.
• Proven ability to prepare and review safety documentation independently.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
