Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Review and monitor the work being executed by site engineers and contractors.
Verify daily progress against the approved work plan and BOQ.
Ensure work is carried out as per technical standards, drawings, and quality norms.
Take follow-ups with site engineers for pending, delayed, or WIP.
Check availability and proper utilization of manpower, material, and machinery.
Identify gaps, deviations, and issues at site and report them to HO.
Review WIP (Work in Progress) and untouched feeder / area status.
Coordinate with site engineers for timely closure of observations.
Maintain site review reports with photographs and status updates.
Support HO team in audits, inspections, and management reviews when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong site execution and monitoring skills
Good coordination and follow-up abilities
Basic understanding of BOQ, drawings, and site measurements
Ability to identify quality and execution issues
Good communication and reporting skills
