Candidate must be Immerdiate Joiner.

Should have experience in Hotel Projects (Finishing Work)

Job Location is Sirmaur (near Shimla)

Oversee on-site finishing activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to high-quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and MEP teams for smooth integration of finishing components.
Analyze and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to finishing scope.
Track project progress and ensure alignment with defined timelines and budgetary constraints.
Conduct routine site inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
Address technical challenges on-site and implement effective solutions to maintain workflow.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure prompt delivery of materials and services.
Maintain accurate documentation including daily progress logs, quality checklists, and snag reports.
Ensure finishing works are executed in line with client expectations and project specifications

Requirements

A graduate degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
At least 8 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a specialization in finishing works.
Demonstrated track record in managing institutional or commercial construction projects.
In-depth understanding of finishing materials, application techniques, and industry standards.
Skilled in using AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant design and scheduling tools.
