As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer to join us in driving operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include monitoring critical applications, implementing infrastructure as code, developing automation scripts, conducting capacity planning, troubleshooting incidents, collaborating with development teams, establishing monitoring solutions, participating in on-call rotations, managing load balancing and failover solutions, conducting root cause analysis, documenting solutions, evaluating tools for reliability improvement, working on infrastructure security compliance, engaging in performance testing, tuning applications, and providing mentorship to junior engineers. To qualify for this role, you need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in site reliability engineering or DevOps, a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef), familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios), scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ruby), knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), incident management expertise, networking concepts, and security best practices. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, the capacity to handle multiple priorities, willingness to engage in on-call support, and a continuous learning mindset.
