Job Summary : We are looking Seasoned Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Leader with 14+ years of experience in infrastructure and application architecture. The ideal candidate will excel in defining SRE roadmaps, mentoring high-performing teams, and driving organizational resiliency through the implementation of core SRE principles. Thrive on collaboration, innovation, and delivering measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: *Must have good experience on infrastructure architecture. *Must have application architectural experience. *Build and mentor the SRE teams across. *Architectural experience on performing SRE activities on their own. *Defining SRE Roadmaps and Strategies across organization. *Ability to create and set SRE objectives SLI, SLO and SLA, KPI. *Excel on implementing core SRE principles and practices. *Work closely with team on Estimation Resource Planning and deliver solutions that meet business needs. *Understand management requirements and strategize planning from SRE and resiliency perspective. *Triage and RCA of production incidents. *Observability and monitoring with APM tools and creating dashboards/alerts and automation for incidents. *Leadership qualities like cross teams collaboration and effective communication. Role Requirements and Qualifications: *Strong experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, and Microsoft Project/Planner. *Exposure to Budget and Resource Planning. *Proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow. *Create and maintain documentation in Confluence and SharePoint. *Experience in SRE Chaos/ Resiliency Engineering-Primer and SRE MonitorObserv-Primer. *Solid understanding of Cloud Concepts and cloud-native technology stacks. *Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker. *Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration. *Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language. *Strong knowledge of AWS services and working experience with OpenShift. *Skilled in monitoring and observability using Grafana, Splunk, APM solutions. *Familiar with database systems and performance monitoring.
