Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ASTM, ASME, or equivalent.
Excellent problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
