Site Operations Manager

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing vehicle placement plans for existing businesses. You will need to plan, coordinate, and implement operations for new business ventures. It will be crucial to ensure regular briefings and adherence to safety, compliance, and service standards, as well as identifying learning needs and organizing capability building programs for employees. In case of any on-ground emergency situations, you will be expected to take responsibility and resolve them effectively. Additionally, you will be required to review and report on operations performance regularly, such as occupancy and speed reports, to identify gaps and ensure continuous improvement in service quality. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers to address and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner will be a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will need to manage relationships with Business Associates to address service deficiencies and meet vehicle requirements. Overall, your responsibilities will include ensuring the maintenance and retention of existing accounts while driving service improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,
