Job Description

Position: - Site Engineers/Junior Engineer/Engineer (Hiend/Interia) Desired Profile: - We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual with a passion for civil engineering and a keen eye for detail to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in site engineering, structural audits, and non-destructive testing, and will be willing to travel to project locations across India as per project requirements. Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: - 0-2 years of experience in site engineering, structural audits, or related fields. Familiarity with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation is desirable. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Structural Audits at various project sites. Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations for construction projects. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation based on site observations and testing outcomes. Coordinate with clients, providing updates and addressing project queries. Support senior engineers and project managers in executing the project as per the schedule. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Travel to different project sites across India as required by the project. Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and Structural Auditing procedures. Strong skills in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and cost estimation. Excellent report writing and documentation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client coordination. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software. Willingness to travel to different locations based on project needs. Salary Range: - Will be decided after discussion with the candidate, it will be according to market standards.
