Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site In-Charge to lead and manage construction projects across Punjab. The ideal candidate should have a civil engineering background, strong technical and coordination skills, and the ability to handle market negotiations effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise all site activities and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams. • Prepare and implement site guidelines, protocols, and safety standards. • Manage budgeting, cost estimation, material procurement, and vendor negotiations. • Carry out site marking and lining and ensure technical specifications are met. • Maintain project documentation and reports using MS Excel; conduct market research on materials and products. Required Qualifications: • Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering • Experience: 2–3 years of experience • Location: Any part of Punjab (preferred: Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar) • Language Skills: • Punjabi: Reading and speaking • English: Reading, writing, and speaking • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of budgeting, estimation, site marking, and lining Preferred Skills: • Strong negotiation and market research abilities • Familiarity with local vendors and construction products • Ability to multitask and deliver results under deadlines Perks and Benefits: • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives • Opportunity to grow into senior site manager • Supportive and collaborative work environment • Annual salary review and growth based on performance Show more Show less
