Site In-Charge

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site In-Charge to lead and manage construction projects across Punjab. The ideal candidate should have a civil engineering background, strong technical and coordination skills, and the ability to handle market negotiations effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise all site activities and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams. • Prepare and implement site guidelines, protocols, and safety standards. • Manage budgeting, cost estimation, material procurement, and vendor negotiations. • Carry out site marking and lining and ensure technical specifications are met. • Maintain project documentation and reports using MS Excel; conduct market research on materials and products.
