Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Support:
Manage onboarding/offboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, performance feedback, and basic training coordination for field staff (Technicians, GETs).
Employee Relations:
Act as first point of contact for field employee queries and grievances.
Recruitment Assistance:
Support local hiring efforts and interview coordination.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws at project sites.
Admin Support:
Oversee site logistics, travel, vendor coordination, asset tracking, and documentation.
Communication & Safety:
Facilitate central-field communication and support basic safety protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
2–4 years in HR/Admin support, preferably in field-based roles (energy/infrastructure/manufacturing).
Skills:
Strong communication, organization, MS Office proficiency, problem-solving, and knowledge of Indian labor laws.
Attributes:
Proactive, empathetic, resourceful, and comfortable working in remote locations.
Location:
Project sites across India (requires extensive travel).
