Job Description

The Site Head / Sales Head will be responsible for

end-to-end site sales management

, team leadership, marketing execution, revenue growth, and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of real estate sales, RERA regulations, and both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Plan and achieve

    sales targets

    as per management guidelines
  • Forecast sales, track pipeline, and ensure timely closures
  • Handle

    high-value negotiations

    and critical client interactions
  • Manage pricing strategies, offers, schemes, and inventory planning
  • Ensure maximum conversion of

    walk-ins, site visits, and channel partner

    leads.

2. Team Leadership & Site Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a

    sales team of 10 15 members

  • Allocate leads, monitor performance, and ensure productivity
  • Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and performance evaluations
  • Set KPIs and discipline standards for the sales team
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day

    site operations and discipline

3.

Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Plan and execute

    online marketing campaigns

    (portals, social media, Google leads)
  • Oversee

    offline marketing activities

    (hoardings, events, ads)
  • Coordinate with digital agencies, creative teams, and vendors
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimize cost-per-lead
  • Manage branding, site visibility, and promotional material
4.

Channel Partner & Broker Management:

  • Build and manage a strong network of

    channel partners and brokers

  • Organize CP meets, site visits, and incentive programs
  • Ensure proper follow-ups, closures, and payout coordination
  • Maintain healthy relationships to drive consistent business
5.

Customer Experience & CRM:

  • Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to possession
  • Oversee site visit quality, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Handle escalations, complaints, and post-booking coordination
  • Work closely with CRM, legal, and accounts teams
6.

RERA & Compliance:

  • Ensure full compliance with

    RERA rules, disclosures, and documentation

  • Guide the sales team on correct communication and legal commitments
  • Ensure all marketing content aligns with RERA norms
  • Coordinate with legal teams for agreements and registrations
7.

Reporting & Management Coordination:

  • Prepare and present

    daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

  • Track lead sources, conversions, inventory status, and revenue
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing feedback
  • Align site strategies with senior management goals
8.

Market & Business Development:

  • Study market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences
  • Suggest new sales strategies, product positioning, and launch plans
  • Support new project launches and pre-launch activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales velocity and brand visibility

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Proven team handling experience (10 15 members)
  • Strong knowledge of RERA regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
  • Hands-on experience in online & offline marketing
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
