Our client is one of the country's leading Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services provider company , associated with large organizations in manufacturing, metals and mining, port and infra and various other emerging sectors having presence across different states with a strong workforce of 15000+ led by a professional and progressive leadership team. We are in search of "SITE HEAD's" to lead different sites as "independent profit centers" with fully empowered team, and well delegated authority. This position has been identified as the transition to the leadership level and provide enormous opportunity to learn in all spheres of business and grow in the career. Responsibilities • Leading the entire operation of the site as per the agreed mandate • Setting up new sites and mobilize resources • Building and leading teams in line with the organization culture and structure • Will champion safety and Implement best practices • Prudent financial planning, budgeting, cost control in line with business plan • Excel in client relation and drive “reliability and performance” as the winning factor • Value application of innovation, technology and quality initiatives and suggest management Qualifications B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering having 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing, O&M, and Projects Skills Required: • Proficiency in technical and shop floor operation • Leading, motivating and empowering team • Knowledge of financial fundamentals and monitoring of financial metrics • Excellent communication and presentation skill • Managing stakeholders Show more Show less
