Site Execution Engineer

Job Description – Civil Project Site Execution Engineer Department: Civil / Construction Projects Reports To: Project Manager / Site Head Role Purpose: The Civil Site Execution Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction project activities at the site level, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, safety standards, and cost-effectiveness. The role requires coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project milestones. Key Responsibilities Plan, monitor, and execute civil project activities as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Supervise and manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution. Track progress, identify delays or issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery at the site. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Monitor material consumption and verify contractors’ bills against executed work. Conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, formwork, and finishing works. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations at the site. Support the project manager in planning, scheduling, and cost control. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3–8 years of experience in civil construction site execution (residential, commercial, or industrial projects). Hands-on experience in site supervision, quality checks, and contractor management. Knowledge of construction methodologies, safety practices, and relevant codes/standards. Skills Required Strong site execution & supervision skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and team coordination abilities. Key Competencies Attention to detail and quality focus.
