Role Description (Code: EE/ME05)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer(Remote Location, near Jamshedpur). The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring quality control, implementing and managing the solar power plant and irrigation systems. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting inspections, and ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and operating standards.

Conduct engineering site audits and surveys to collect, electrical, mechanical and other site-related information for use in the design of solar power systems, smart microgrids and smart irrigation systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 0-1 year experience, or B-Tech Fresher (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in quality control practices and ensuring compliance with standards
• Background in electrical engineering with a good knowledge of basics of design and implementation, especially solar
• Relevant academic credentials in electrical/mechanical engineering
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work collaboratively in a team setting and willing to learn
• Familiarity with sustainability practices is an added advantage
