Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Supervise site execution activities for solar power projects
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and technical specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams
Monitor daily progress, manpower deployment, and material usage
Maintain site records, measurements, DPRs, and quality checklists
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Identify and resolve technical or execution-related issues at site
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
Report progress and challenges to project management regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Electrical preferred)
Hands-on experience in site execution (Solar / EPC / Infrastructure projects preferred)
Strong understanding of construction practices and safety norms
Willingness to work at project sites across India
