The Site Engineer will be responsible for on-site execution, supervision, and coordination of solar EPC projects. This role ensures that construction and installation activities are carried out as per approved designs, safety standards, and project timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise site execution activities for solar power projects
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Monitor daily progress, manpower deployment, and material usage
• Maintain site records, measurements, DPRs, and quality checklists
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Identify and resolve technical or execution-related issues at site
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
• Report progress and challenges to project management regularly
• Required Skills & QualificationsB.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Electrical preferred)
• Hands-on experience in site execution (Solar / EPC / Infrastructure projects preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction practices and safety norms
• Willingness to work at project sites across India
