Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day operations at our project sites in Chennai and Palakkad. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, hands-on experience in site supervision, and the ability to manage construction activities effectively to ensure timely project delivery with quality and safety standards in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all civil works and ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to manage on-site activities.
• Ensure quality control and safety measures are strictly followed at the site.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption logs, and labor records.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, billing verification, and material planning.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure that work aligns with project timelines and standards.
• Resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction.
• Liaise with the design and planning teams for execution support and changes.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations and approvals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
• Experience working on residential construction is preferred
• Must Have Two Wheeler
• Must be willing to travel within Chennai or nearby project locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
