Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer with 2+ years of experience in residential apartment construction. The ideal candidate must be skilled in site supervision, contractor/vendor coordination, reading drawings, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution on-site.

Key Skills Required:

1. Site Supervision & Execution – Hands-on experience in managing day-to-day construction activities with a focus on quality, safety, and timelines.

2. Technical Proficiency – Ability to read architectural/structural drawings, handle basic quantity estimation, and maintain accurate site measurements.

3. Coordination & Communication – Efficient in liaising with contractors, vendors, and teams to ensure smooth site operations.

4. Software Skills – Proficient in MS Office (mandatory); working knowledge of Auto-CAD preferred.

Performance Expectations:

1. Timely Execution & Quality Control – Deliver work as per schedule and ensure adherence to design/specs.

2. Coordination & Reporting – Work closely with contractors/vendors; maintain daily reports and documentation.

3. Safety & Issue Management – Enforce site safety and flag delays, design issues, or material gaps promptly.

4. Cost & Conduct – Prevent material wastage, control costs, and maintain clear, professional communication.
