We are hiring a Civil Maintenance Engineer to handle housing colony maintenance through a Job Card system. Responsibilities: Manage daily complaints (civil/plumbing/carpentry/masonry) via job cards. Allocate and supervise workmen for timely, safe, and quality execution. Track and update job status (Pending / In Progress / Completed). Maintain manpower & material records for accountability. Prepare monthly job summaries for billing, supported by signed job cards. Coordinate with residents and society office for smooth complaint resolution. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering. 2–5 years experience in maintenance/site supervision preferred. Good communication and record-keeping skills.
