Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Site Engineer to join our field operations team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting geotechnical and infrastructure survey works across various project sites in India. The role involves frequent travel, site supervision, data collection, and coordination with project and design teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct geotechnical, topographical, and infrastructure surveys as per project requirements.
• Supervise and monitor field testing activities, including soil investigation, borehole logging, sampling, and in-situ tests.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure survey accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, field data sheets, and survey logs.
• Assist in the preparation of survey drawings, borehole logs, and site investigation reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures at all project sites.
• Operate and maintain survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other field equipment.
• Support project engineers in data analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in site engineering, geotechnical surveys, or infrastructure projects (freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply).
• Proficiency in survey instruments and field data collection.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic GIS tools is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in geotechnical investigations and soil testing.
• Understanding of construction drawings and site layouts.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote field locations.
