Site Engineer Installation & Maintenance

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Site Coordination

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary installation activities civil works, structural components, electricals, and finishing tasks.
  • Ensure execution aligns with project timelines, quality standards, and design intent.

• Technical & Drawing Interpretation

  • Accurately interpret and apply technical drawings and project documentation on site.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and propose practical solutions.

• Post-Installation Maintenance

  • Lead maintenance needs for completed projects.
  • Act as the primary contact for maintenance support ideal due to understanding of project execution.

• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and site teams.
  • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Travel & Logistics

  • Travel to various project locations across India and abroad, managing site logistics and execution efficiently.

• Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Conduct thorough quality checks during installation and maintenance phases.
  • Maintain adherence to safety and compliance standards at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  5 8 years in site engineering in pre-fab warehouse projects, structural projects or industrial constructions projects.

• Education:

  Diploma or Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings.
  • Familiar with site disciplines: civil, electrical, structural, and finishes.
  • Maintenance coordination post-installation.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication oral and written for client/vendor interaction.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Mobility:

  Willingness to travel frequently across project sites.
