Site Engineer Installation & Maintenance

As a Site Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate installation activities for go-karting tracks and projects, ensuring seamless execution across various disciplines such as civil, electrical, structural, and finishing works. Your role will involve interpreting technical drawings, overseeing project execution, leading post-installation maintenance, and engaging with stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate multidisciplinary installation activities including civil works, structural components, electricals, and finishing tasks. - Ensure that project execution aligns with timelines, quality standards, and design intent. - Accurately interpret and apply technical drawings and project documentation on site. - Proactively identify and resolve potential issues during project execution. - Lead maintenance requirements for completed projects and serve as the primary contact for maintenance support. - Effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and site teams, maintaining clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Manage travel logistics to various project locations in India and abroad, ensuring efficient site execution. - Conduct thorough quality checks during installation and maintenance phases, while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in pre-fab warehouse projects, structural projects, or industrial constructions. - Diploma or Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field. - Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and familiarity with civil, electrical, structural, and finishing disciplines. - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for effective interaction with clients and vendors. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to travel frequently across project sites.
