FracSpace Pvt. Ltd., is a diversified business group operating across Real Estate, Hospitality, and Allied Services. Known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects, we are now expanding our on-site execution team and looking for a hands-on, disciplined, and quality-conscious Site Manager to oversee our real estate development activities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Site Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects. This role involves daily supervision of on-site activities, coordination with vendors and contractors, and ensuring timely, quality delivery of construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day site operations including labor management, work execution, and safety compliance.

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and work schedules.

· Monitor quality and progress of civil, structural, and finishing works.

· Maintain project timelines and escalate delays or deviations.

· Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.

· Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, checklists, and material receipts.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and head office for design or technical clarifications.

· Enforce safety and compliance protocols at the site.

· Hands-on experience with interior renovations.

· Practical knowledge of fall ceiling work, plastering, and related finishing techniques.

· Familiarity with construction chemicals and their applications.

· Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical works.

· Understanding of different types of wood and their usage in interiors.

· Ability to supervise and coordinate with vendors/workers for timely project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

· 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.

· Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural drawings.

· Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project coordination.

· Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation.

· Willingness to be based at project sites and manage on-ground challenges.
